Terms of Service

Welcome to China AI Token. By accessing or using our API and services at cnaitoken.store ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

China AI Token provides an OpenAI-compatible API for accessing Chinese AI models (including DeepSeek) to developers worldwide. The Service includes:

  • API access for chat completions and other endpoints
  • Token-based usage and billing
  • Credit card payment via Stripe for account top-up

2. Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Transmit content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or billing systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Pay-as-you-go: Credits are consumed based on token usage. You must maintain sufficient balance to use the API.
  • Top-up: Payments are processed through Stripe. All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unused credits may not be refundable. Contact us for refund requests.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. API Usage and Limits

  • We may impose rate limits or usage caps to ensure fair access.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, limits, or availability with reasonable notice.
  • Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, branding, and documentation, is owned by China AI Token.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit via the API. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Service.
  • Output generated by the API may be subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (e.g., DeepSeek).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHINA AI TOKEN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Unused credits may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or documentation. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
